This will depend on the size of the area required, the number of services, and how many properties you’d like us to work on.

For cleaning external flooring areas (Our most popular service), you’ll be looking at a few hours.

Roof cleaning can take a few hours to a few days for large-scale projects.

Walls, soffits and guttering will take a few hours.

However, we provide a transparent quote BEFORE the work starts, so if it takes us longer, then this is not your fault. We’ll honour the quote we provided.

Builders can leave behind the expected debris like concrete, plaster and paint, but there can also be tougher staining like oil, rubber (from tyres), chemical staining and expanding foam. 

We’ve seen it all! 

We’ll assess the area and make you aware of anything that we are not 100% confident that we can remove. 

On the tougher staining, we usually say that we can shift about 90%  of it… Oils can seep into porous stones, and it’s impossible to ever get it fully back to how it looked before… But we can do a very good job to make it better.

Yes, roof cleaning can be safely performed on all types of roofs as long as the correct method is used.

Soft washing is recommended for delicate materials like clay tiles, while sturdier roofs may benefit from pressure washing.

In some cases, scraping is required. Boicide is also used to destroy lichen, moss and vegetation.

We offer full exterior cleaning, including pressure washing for outdoor surfaces.

We do not include internal deep cleaning of the premises though we may be able to help with pressure washing and cleaning out commercial premises. 

Yes! 

We can do windows.

All areas that are typically ‘hard surfaces’ can be worked on. 

This can include window cleaning.

No. 

We’re happy to physically move smaller items so we can clean, but we do not offer a waste removal service for items like bricks, cement, plaster, or leftovers. 

We may be able to recommend a local skip-hire company or waste removal service.

We work out cleans by the surface we’re cleaning and the area requiring the clean.

We provide free quotes before we start the work, to ensure you are satisfied before we get underway.

• Repeat work from the same individual or company.

We aim to be as cost-effective as possible. However, knowing that we may we working on the same property or development for some time, means we can reduce our costs more as we save time on travel. 

We pass those savings on to you. 

Oooo… Now that can be a hard question! 

We understand that builders’ cleans are usually time-sensitive and require a deadline, so we try to prioritise you. 

We’ve sometimes been able to come out on the same day for quick cleaning jobs, but other work can take a little longer to book in. 

 If you get in touch, we’ll look to arrange a convenient time when the work is complete. The earlier you can book in, the better. 

Of course! However…

Attempting to clean up can be dangerous and ineffective.

It’s easy to use the wrong pressures, apply the wrong chemicals or have some sort of outrageous physical calamity. 

We urge caution and recommend you get a trained, equipped and experienced professional, like Boston Jet Wash to complete the work. 

We have been known to, especially for large-scale projects! 

For smaller tasks like cleaning oil and staining in a small area, we stick to our locality. It simply wouldn’t be efficient to travel so far for that kind of work. 

But if we’re working on whole houses, estates or industrial projects, then we may be able to go further afield.
