How Much Does It Cost?

With any type of service, the price is entirely dependant on the space that you want cleaning.

For example, our prices start at £69 but when we calculate the cost of the area in M² we will offer discounts based on accessibility and other factors.

Can You Clean Decking?

Yes, we can!
Decking is one of the surfaces we specialise in.
It does take a little longer to clean decking to a high standard as we have to be careful with the wood and use a lower pressure with different nozzles.
It’s ideal to have your decking cleaned by us before you intend to paint it te ensure a long-lasting finish.

Do You Take Away Any Waste?

Yes, we do!
When cleaning a patio or a deep cut driveway such as block paving or imprinted concrete there is often a lot of debris that is brought out from the cracks.
We always clean this up to stop it from going down any drains and clogging them up.

Do You Need Access To Water?

Yes, we do.
Because we use an industrial-grade pressure washer that not only uses high pressure to get the best clean, we also use a high flow rate.
For that reason, we have to use a buffer tank that will need connecting to your water supply.
Overall we use around £3-£5 of water for a full large scale clean so rest assured you won’t come into any large water bills!

How Soon Can You Clean My Driveway Or Patio?

Once we have been out to the property to assess what needs cleaning and have given you a quote its really up to you.
We tend to fit most of our pressure washing in on weekends so you can give us access to the property, but we are fully flexible and can fit around you and your busy life.

How Long Does It Take?

This is a tricky one, when we originally visit to give you a quote we will be able to give you a rough time scale of how long the work will take.
When we are working on a driveway its normally a 2 stage process especially for block paving.
Ideally, we would clean the driveway in the morning and then come back when it is completely dry to resand and fill in the gaps. Sometimes this can be done on the same day and sometimes this has to be the following day depending on the weather.
